About Marr Floor

A family operation

Direct communication. Quality without compromise.

When you contact Marr Floor, you’re working directly with Marr Floor. We answer the phone, assess the slab, write the proposal, and oversee every stage of the installation. That means clear communication, honest scheduling, and quality workmanship at every step.
Concrete is unforgiving—small mistakes can become permanent. We’ve built our company around proper preparation, proven systems, and attention to detail so your floor performs as well as it looks.

How We Work

Three things we won't compromise.

01 / PREP

Mechanical preparation, every time.

Acid wash and grinding pads are shortcuts. We diamond‑grind every floor, full coverage, profiled to spec. The finish is only as good as the surface beneath it.

02 / MATERIALS

Polyaspartic resins. Period.

We don't use bargain epoxies on top‑coats. Polyaspartic costs more and lasts longer — non‑yellowing, abrasion resistant, hot‑tire safe. We pass the longer life on, not the cheaper material.

03 / TIME

We finish what we start.

One project at a time, on site until the last coat goes down. No bouncing crews. No two‑week gaps. The floor we begin on Monday is the floor we hand over on Friday.

Working with Marr Floor

Why choose us

What's different about working with Marr Floor.

Every floor is walked, ground, and finished by the two of us. No subcontractors. No day labor. The same two people who quote your floor are the two people who install it — and the same two who answer the phone if anything ever needs attention. That keeps quality consistent and accountability simple.
We treat concrete the way furniture makers treat wood — as a living material that rewards patience. Our prep is the most thorough on the Western Slope: diamond-grind to spec, vacuum-contained dust, joints repaired before any coating goes down. Every floor is backed by a fifteen-year warranty on materials and labor, and we re-inspect at thirty days and at one year to make sure it’s holding the way we expect.

Brief history

Three years, four hundred floors.

2023

SPRING · GRAND JUNCTION

Ryan and Lauren start Marr Floor out of a one‑bay shop on D Road, with a single grinder, a vac, and a list of friends willing to hand over their garages.

2024

FALL · WESTERN SLOPE

Hundredth floor finished. We add a second grinder, a dedicated dust extractor, and start booking commercial work — taprooms, showrooms, breweries.

2025

YEAR ROUND

We move to the current shop, expand into polished concrete and stain & seal, and pick up a small fleet of trailers so we can run two installs in parallel — without ever splitting a job between crews.

2026

PRESENT

Four hundred and twelve floors in. Still answering our own phone.
