01 / GARAGE EPOXY & FLAKE
Garage epoxy & flake.
A diamond‑ground prep, broadcast vinyl flake, and a polyaspartic topcoat. Hot‑tire resistant, chemical‑safe, and finished in a working week.
The most requested floor on the Western Slope, and the one we install most often. Specify a flake blend that complements your home — or pick from one of our four signature blends.

02 / POLISHED CONCRETE
Polished concrete.
Mechanically polished from 50 to 3000 grit. Mirror-gloss without coatings.
Best on existing slabs in homes, taprooms, showrooms, and shops. We diamond-grind to a 3000-grit finish, densify the surface, and seal with a penetrating impregnator. The result is the slab itself, finished.

Textured polyaspartic systems. Slip-resistant, freeze-thaw stable.
A patio finish that survives Western Slope winters. We broadcast a quartz aggregate into the topcoat for slip resistance, then seal — the result is a textured surface that drains, stays cool, and lasts.
